INTRODUCTION

MDA's consultancy team consists of skilled and experienced senior staff who will bring integrity, independence, and energy to help change your organisation. We will draw upon our full breadth of knowledge, experience, and sector understanding to help you develop practical ideas and create the best solutions

Support can be provided on a one-to-one basis for individual organisations as well as networked groups, including local forums and umbrella consortia of various kinds. It is designed to look comprehensively at all areas of managerial and organisational need and service provision, and is regulated by a system of procedures, values, mechanisms and processes. Its purpose is developmental in that it sets out to strengthen organisational capacity. 

An integrated picture of the organisation is the first prerequisite, in determining the remit for consultancy support. This is the organisational health check and from this we will develop a package of support which will focus on PROCESS and IMPACT. We will make sure that you get results from our consultancy provision.
